Here’s the question:

On average, how many Real Estate Agents are Marketing themselves efficiently online by generating leads?

For almost all web research and keyword related research that I do, I utilize a major metropolitan area. Typically Houston works well as it is a very large city which doesn’t hit the typical radar quite like LA and NYC do.

I am interested in seeing how many of the agents advertising on any given day are actually generating leads for themselves as opposed to letting visitors view the MLS right away. This will be a good weekend project. Get back to you on Monday.
