Robbie’s Pikelet Recipe

Ingredients

1.5 cups of self raising flour
1 teaspoon of melted butter
1 teaspoon of golden syrup
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 large egg
1 cup of fresh milk

Method

Beat egg and sugar, add melted butter and beat again. Alternately add milk and flour, and finally golden syrup. Dollop about 5cm circle into fry pan of melted butter. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
