  • Does anyone else here own a Vibration Plate Exercise machine? They actually work and it takes no effort standing on one for ten minutes every other day – very unlike swimming or jogging. It has started to snow today, don’t want to go out so I’ll get fresh air by opening the window while standing on the plate – they improve circulation which make it feel warmer… can’t be bad!
