New research out of New York shows how a simple exercise can be used by anyone to treat Tennis Elbow. The study showed the exercise to be so effective they had to stop the trial as it became unethical to deny the control group the treatment.

Many treatments have been tried for Tennis Elbow but none have been found to work on every case.
