Although the term Diva means a prima donna, a distinguished female operatic singer or a female operatic star, it comes from the Italian noun diva, which means a female deity or a Goddess.
Of course in the squared circle, Diva takes on a whole new meaning.
The *** has it’s Divas, and TNA wrestling has it’s Knockouts.
But where did women wrestlers change from grapplers to Divas?
