If you are a fan of Miley Cyrus, you know the news that her smaller sister is launching her own line called Noah cyrus clothing line. It is going to focus, get ready for this, a lingerie line for kids. Can you imagine a nine year old girl launching her own line that is about inner wear? Well, this has what has become of the celebrity clothing line effect in recent years. A lot of celebs are launching their own clothing line and some of them are bordering on exploiting their fans which I am quite against.

Anyway back to noah cyrus clothing line. The official name is called Ooh! La, la! Couture. The line is expected to be on sale this Valentine’s Day, no doubt aiming for the huge spending that typically occur during this period. However, can you imagine little girls buying this for Valentine’s Day? What kind of messages are we sending. In fact, I am not the one that feels this way. I come across this parenting blog on timesunion that critieris Miley Cyrus parents for allowing their daughter to launch such a line at such a young age.

Fortunately, the line has other items that are less controversial. Normal fashion  items such as tees and jeans are also available. These items I think are suited for young kids and should be the focus rather than the emphasis on sexy underwear.
