Last Thursday Jay Leno slipped into the Ed Sullivan Theater disguised in sunglasses and a mustache to video tape a 15 minute commercial along with Oprah Winfrey and rival David Letterman. The commercial was a promo for Letterman’s late night TV show “The Late Show.
In the commercial Oprah Winfrey is seated on a couch with Leno on one side of her and Letterman on the other. Letterman says something to the fact of it being the worst super Bowl Party he’s ever been to, and Leno saying Letterman’s only saying such because he, too, was at the party.
The video taping was done under the highest of secrets security and proved out to be the most surprising of all commercials aired during Sunday’s Super Bowl presentation.
