Almond Blossom

The almond blossom display that graces the Valencian countryside in early spring every year is a sight to behold.  Lasting barely 3 weeks, fields upon fields of blackened half-dead looking trees come to life with blossoms ranging in colours from white, to pale and to deep pinks, and should you be on foot at the time, the air is filled with their glorious scent.
