Geckos are particularly friendly and will rarely bite. If you handly them slowly and with respect, they are fine, remember you would be scared at first if a giant hand took hold of you and lifted you into the air. If you speak to them calmly they will learn you are their friend. Even when they do bite, it doesnt hurt because they dont have sharp teeth.
