Villa have not tasted defeat since losing out to Liverpool in December last year and with just eight games remaining in the season, Martin O’Neill’s side have a great chance of winning the race for the fourth spot and qualify for the Champions League.
Villa go into the match on the back of a hard fought 2-2 draw against Wolves last weekend with John Carew scoring a brace, including a late equalizer eight minutes from the final whistle. O’Neill is missing two of his key players with Gabriel Agbonlahor and Richard Dunne both serious doubts for the game this weekend.
