I’ve put together this review of the Starcaster Drum Set – Black to hopefully assist others to choose the right product to suit their need and budget. I hope you find my review informative and would welcome any constructive feedback or even your own findings that I could possibly add to this review.

Starcaster by Fender (not to be confused with the older Fender Starcaster) is a range of instruments and accessories aimed at beginners, marketed by the prominent guitar company Fender since the early 2000s.

Satisfied Customers
I purchased this for my teenage Nephew for Christmas. His Mother has many friends that are band members and they were impressed with the quality and price of this drum set. He plays this on a regular basis (plays long and hard) so if any problems occur in the near future, I will be sure to pass that info on here. But right now, I have to say that he is thrilled with it and so are all the pro’s that helped him put the set it up and tune it.

I bought the Fender Starcaster drum set for my daughter who is just learning to play. Cost was the biggest factor and this set was relatively inexpensive compared to higher end or even some used sets. The set sounds decent but that’s coming from a non-musician. However, a drummer friend made some adjustments and tuned the set so it sounds even better. Overall, for my daughter’s first set of drums, I got more than what I bargained for.
