Quick Weight Loss Plan – How fast can we lose fat?

After adding together heaps of fat loss information – both from studies and people  – there is only one conclusion:

The limit for quick fat loss -  is definitely  higher than we thought earlier. Yes, we can lose more than 2lbs per week!
