Bench with which petition etc. to be filed

All proceedings, other than he proceedings before the Principal Bench under Regulation 4, are required o be instituted before the Bench within whose jurisdiction the registered office of the company is situated.  Thus it shall be lawful for the Chairman to provide that petition, application, reference relating to matters specified under Section 235, 237, 247, 248, 250, 388B, 408, 409, chapter VI of part VI of the act i.e. prevention of oppression and mismanagement and under Section 2A of the Monopolies Act shall be filed with the Principal Bench (Regulation 4 & 7).

Language in which petition, etc. to be written

Every petition, application etc. to be filed with the Bench must be written in English or Hindi Language.  However, such petition, application etc. may be written in any other language but in such case, the petition and application etc.
