Saucony Women’s ProGrid Hurricane 11 Running Shoe
Like all other running shoe manufacturers, Saucony uses a great deal of technology to enhance the performance of their footwear. The cushioning system of choice for Saucony is ‘Grid’, a web like structure that spans the breadth of the sole and flexes with every stride to cushion each step. ‘Grid’ has been used as their main cushioning system for over 15 years now. Other technologies used are ‘Flexion Plate’, ‘Arch-Lock’ and the new ‘Comfortemp’, which is a technological breakthrough in footwear fabric. It reads the temperature of your skin and oppositely reacts so you stay cooler when it’s hot and warmer when it’s cold. All these technologies are evident in the flagship shoe ‘Progrid Paramount’
Designed for power and comfort, Saucony’s Progrid Hurricane 11 is the latest in this series of high-performance running shoes. With a construction that offers exceptional midfoot fit through Saucony’s Arch-Lock system, as well as supreme cushioning and stability in a plush, stable ride, this shoe provides unparalleled support throughout the gait cycle.

These are the best series of running shoes my wife has ever found and she has been running religiously for over 20 years… God forbid they stop making the series, I dont know what she would do! ~ Ferdinand ~
I’ve been buying Saucony since the Jazz series back in the 1980′s. The Hurricane line has had some big mistakes, such as Hurricane 9 & 10. But they finally got it right with the 11. The fit is great (I wear one size larger than normal for my marathon runs)
Once your foot enters the shoe – it’s happy feet and away you go. You’ll love the cushion it gives and the stability. ~ J. Little ~
