If you want to see where there is growth in this country you only need to investigate some of the key issues.  Immigration law is hot since there are so many differences of  opinion. Shall we open our borders? Should we have an amnesty program? What benefits will illegals, or those made legal be entitled to? Deportation, taxes and employment are all subjects of contested cases for immigrants, legal and not legal.

Other subjects I find interesting are structured settlements, mesothelioma,  secured loans, debt consolidation, health care, nursing home law and elder care law.

There is a lot of money to be made over the next several years interpreting the new realities in all these fields.

I recently did a Google Search on “Immigration Lawyers”. There were 193,000 search results on “Immigration Lawyers” in the last 24 hours. You can also look at Google results over the last week. There were 760,000 search results in the last 7 days. There were an astounding 2,310,000 search results in the last year.

Immigration lawyers, as well as healthcare lawyers, dui lawyers, mesothelioma lawyers,  tax lawyers all use the internet to help them attract clients. They must need to keep a staff of computer people handy to constantly submit pages to Google so that they can be found by potential clients.

One of the ways that lawyers find clients is to advertise on the internet. They join pay per click networks which determine which other webpages will carry their ads. In a competitive market these ads can be quite expensive per click.  But, this is the future and if your ad is found on pages ranked high on a search engine it can be very efficient.
