A company’s success doesn’t rely on the management alone. In fact, according to research, 85 percent of the factors attributed to the success of a company are associated to the workforce employees. There are even surveys conducted by the different labour agencies in the world revealing that the dedication and hard work exerted by the employees are at a notable percentage higher than what the management shows. There is a formal celebration and a party follows after. Recognitions and awards are given on a stage or in front of the all the company personnel.
