Check out the provided link for more information on the class action lawsuit against Second Life.  A group of gamers are not happy with with the company, not happy at all actually.  Second Life is a online game that allows users to develop virtual real estate but allows a way to earn real money.  The Second Life Class Action Lawsuit claims that the company took away the plaintiffs’ ownership rights to virtual “land” without just compensation.  Go here for more information on the lawsuit.  The suit is being brought on behalf of any Second Life participants who bought, sold, or owned land or other property between 11/14/03 and the date that the class is certified.  Thanks for reading.
