You are eligible for the Lycatel Calling Card Class Action Lawsuit Settlement if you bought a Lycatel Calling Card in US. The calling card must be one that was sold, serviced or distributed by Lycatel. These cards must have been sold or serviced or distributed before December 8, 2009.

The Lycatel Calling Card Class Action Lawsuit Settlement was brought agaisnt Lycatel as Lycatel had violated the New Jersy Consumer Fraud Act.  Lycatel also violated other state consumer fraud acts and common law fraud. There was also breach of contract.

The amount of the Lycatel Calling Card Class Action Lawsuit Settlement is $2.25 milion. This class action will refund all the Personal Identification numbers to all those who submit claim forms.  You can get the list of eligible cards at the Lycatel website here.
