How to Make Ice Cream?

Ingredients:

Pint Milk

Four Egg Yolks,

Sugar 150,

A Vanilla Pod,

250 g of fresh cream.

Pour a pint of milk in a saucepan of steel, add vanilla bean. Put on medium heat and bring to a boil, just mention to boil remove from heat, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Secret of Ice Cream

Pour the milk filtered through a colander, in a container with a spout collect four egg yolks in the same saucepan the milk, add 150g of sugar and stir vigorously with a whip.
