You are eligible to take part in the Progressive Mountain Insurance Company Class Action Lawsuit Settlement if you got paid by Progressive for a personal injury claim. The amount of the settlement is $2.3 million.  Apparently Progressive did not explain the extra PIP benefit options.

You must submit a claim in order to take part in this class action. You can get the Claim Form at the Progressive Mountain Insurance Company Class Action Lawsuit Settlement website here. You must submit your claim form by August 13, 2010. You can also exclude yourself from the class action if you wnt. However, you must submit your request in writing by July 14, 2010.  You can also object to the settlement. You must object by July 14, 2010.  The Final Fairness Hearing will be held on August 5, 2010 at 10 a.m.

The Court has appointed Class Counsel to help you in this Progressive Mountain Insurance Company Class Action Lawsuit Settlement. You do not have to pay the lawyers.
