Check out the Century Window Products Class Action Lawsuit Settlement for information on whether you are eligible to take part in this class action lawsuit settlement here. If you own Century Window products then you are eligible to take part in this class action. You should also have made a warranty claim for the Werzalit Frame issues in your Century Windows or Doors and you did not get a refund. You are also eligible if you did receive a replacement product or a refund.  If you have not made any warranty claims but would like a replacement door or window, you are also eligible.

If you wish to get any compensation in the Century Window Products Class Action Lawsuit Settlement, you must submit a claim form by December 6, 2010.  You can get the claim form at the settlement website here. You must also show proof that you are original owner of the Century Window Products.  You do not have to find your own lawyers to represent you in this case. The court usually appoints Class Counsel who will represent you. You do not have to pay these lawyers as they will be paid from the settlement amount.

If you do not want to take part in the Century Window Products Class Action Lawsuit Settlement, you can exclude yourself. You can do this in writing by July 7, 2010.  You can get the Request For Exclusion form at the Century Window Products Class Action Lawsuit Settlement website here. The Fairness Hearing is on August 6, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. in Cleveland Ohio. If you wish to object to the settlement you must do so by July 16, 2010.
