With his group of mean, which is comprised of a killer, an ex-convict, a mercenary and a disgraced doctor, their life is all at stake in surviving the invisible, fierce and ready to devour monster. Their strength is far beyond to compare in this formidable enemy. Who will be the prey and who will the predator at the end?

According to the producer of the film, Robert Rodriguez, characters in the movie are the greatest element in this film. A good casting will convey the story to the viewers which would also mean that audience are encourage to put themselves participating with the characters in the story.
