Cronicles of Tao is a great book. It is a biographical novel about a real life Taoist master Kwan Saihung, who eventually comes to America. Den Ming-Dao, the author was a student of Master Kwan and has written many books about Taoism, but this is probably the most // // entertaning and insightful. One part Kane from Kung Fu and and one part Bruce Lee, it  is full of taoist sages, kung fu fights, and mystical powers in exotic China. But all the people and places are real. The book brings to life the hidden and mysterious world of Taoism in a true story in the modern world. It is a must read for anyone interested in Taoism.
