The Sprint Data Card Class Action Lawsuit Settlement was brought against Sprint because Sprint did not assess certain taxes properly. These taxes are for text message charges, E911 charges and wireless number pooling charges. These taxes are also for wireless number portability charges.  You can take part in the Sprint Data Card Class Action Lawsuit Settlement if you paid any of these charges from September 1, 2006 to December 31, 2007.

To take part in the Sprint Data Card Class Action Lawsuit Settlement, you have to submit a valid claim form here.  You can also object to this class action if you want to do that. You can also exclude yourself from this class action if you wish to do so.  If you take part in this class action, you can get a credit or a refund.  You can file your claim online here. If you want to submit a claim form via regular mail, you can do so by submitting it to the address that is provided here. However, the deadline for filing claims has passed. So if you did not file a claim by the deadline, you can no longer now file for a claim.
