David Green wrote an editorial in the school paper of the University of Illinois because white students were cheering USA! He thought cheering USA! might offend the Muslim students. I copied his article in it’s entirety in my hub, as he clearly is racist against white people, and he indicated that 9/11 deaths happened because the Muslims had legitimate grievances against the United States. I have no idea what race David Green is and could not find him in the alumni book.
The University of Illinois is a prestigious school with some very well qualified professors having won Nobel and Pulitzer awards. In 2009, 26.5% of the freshman class is comprised of the African American, Asian American, Latino/a and Native American populations.
How is it that a professor with a personal agenda maintains a position on the staff? Shouldn’t a professor teach what he was hired to teach and keep his religious and personal beliefs to themselves? Are our children being brainwashed and not learning about the sacrifice of our forefathers that allow us to have freedom, as well as, free speech.
