My experience at the Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort and Spa: To begin, I’ll write all the positive experiences first and save the negative ones for last. My wife and I stayed there for 4 days. I went on through hotwire and paid on average 80.00 for 2 people – all inclusive. The rooms were clean, and came with a small refrigerator, iron and iron board, safe box, hairdryer and of course air conditioning. The balcony was equipped with a table and lounge chairs. As for the food, good Breakfast, Lunch was okay, and a Good Buffet Dinner. The staff was excellent and greeted you with always a smile. Although the hotel is not a 5 star, you can’t beat the price and amenities. Here’s a little secret about Puerto Plata Resorts: If one resort does not have what you are looking for, the other ones will. Our room came with super fluffy pillows and a king size bed. As for the negatives reviews, many resorts have issues with providing hot water. For instance, there was hot water during the day none during the evening. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience at Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort & Spa.
