Lindsay Lohan’s legal team reportedly want the length of her court-ordered probation presently scheduled to run until August 2011 lessened. Apparently they’re all a little worried she’ll get into trouble before the period ends.

Lindsay is presently in the Betty Ford rehab center in Los Angeles, following two spells in prison this summer. She served 13 days of a 90-day jail term in July before briefly being returned in September after failing drug tests, although she was released hours later on $300,000 bail.

A source explained to PerezHilton.com: “The longer Lindsay stays on probation, the increased chances that she will get in trouble because of problems staying compliant with the terms of her probation.
