Do we need energy drink?

I thought we all often heard about this issue. And this is become big question for us. Do we need energy drink? I thought we often drink this in hot day. Most of us concern about the relation about nutrition and health. We need something to be injected in our body. No matter food or drink. Personally, I love jogging. I jog four times in a week. Sometimes I consume energy drink after jog, but not quite often. We also often heard about energy drink from advertisement. They made this drink as the most powerful drink and the healthiest. They made great ads to attract the consumers. In regular activity everyday without use much energy, we still need this drink. I don’t think so.

Fitness experts said the energy drink is only needed by those who would do physical activity and need a lot of energy, such as marathon runners. Actually this drink contains quite a lot of calories. If you are the people who exercised less than two hours each day, should not have to consume energy drinks. Most of people believe that they will have more power after consume energy drink. But the fact is different with reality. They should do more exercise to get the benefit of energy drink. If you love exercise a lot better drinking enough water to avoid dehydration. Most of energy drinks contain carbohydrates to supply fuel for the body quickly. So we have to wise in decide what is the best for our body, especially for our health.
