Man Boobs, or AKA Gynecomastia in medical circles, is usually caused by: 1.Hormonal Imbalance-Teenagers often suffer hormonal imbalances when going through puberty. You can combat this condition by waiting it out (it usually goes away in time), or with hormone therapy (you’ll need to see your doctor.) 2.To Much Body Fat-This is the most common cause of man boobs. Many men as they age will gain weight, and some men are predisposed (genetically) to gain some of this fat on their chests. You could have this fat removed surgically (liposuction) or opt for a change in diet and activity level (start an exercising program.) How To Get Rid Of Man Boobs And Chest Fat
To lose your man boobs (if they are the result of excess fat) you’ll need to lose weight. Weight lose is a big thing in most people’s minds, and everyone is looking for a pill or system with which they can lose weight and not have to work at it, you know the pounds will just melt away without any effort. The fact of the matter is that’s hasn’t happened yet, and it’s not likely to happen! If you want to lose weight-and those man boobs-you’ll need to eat less and/or burn more calories-simple as that!
Step One-Your Diet I recommend a very simple diet plan that consists of simply eating your normal foods (except very high calorie foods like pizza, cake, ice-cream, etc), but only eating about half of your normal serving. When you are done eating a meal you should still feel hungry. Try to eat mostly fruits and veggies, but do eat meats and/or other high protein foods (you need some protein), except again if they are loaded with fat. I would suggest your exercise program consist of both aerobic, as well as strength training.The aerobic exercises needs to be preformed with enough intensity to raise your heart rate to about 50%-75% above your resting rate (see your doctor if in doubt.) You can accomplish this by walking, running, biking, stairclimber, treadmill, elliptical machines, etc. The main purpose of these exercises is to burn calories, with the added benifit of improving your overall health and fitness, most importantly your cartiovascular fitness.You should do these exercises for about 30 minutes 3 times a week, but don’t be afraid to do more if you’re able, although you should start out slow at first. I would also suggest strength training exercises as well. These would consist of weight training with an empisist on heavier weights and less repititions. Not only will this help give you that chiseled look men want, but will help you burn a bunch of calories too. It’s a proven fact that the bigger your muscles are the more calories you’ll burn when you work them, so these are especially good exercises for men.Try working different muscle groups every other day, with an epissit on your upper body including your chest.
