Customers of Cablevision today filed a 450$ million lawsuit against the cable provider for it’s inability to reach an agreement with FOX which has left them without Glee, Foxsports TV, Fox News, the Baseball Playoffs (including the world series), the Simpsons, and the NFL particularly Giants Football. The lawsuit is being filed in Federal Court in New York, and is claiming injunctive relief, monetary damages, and punitive damages, claiming that Cablevision failed to constructively negotiate with Fox prior to the deadline.
