It takes determination, guts, and hard work.  Feeling bloated, overweight, unattractive.  Have you tried time and time again to shed that weight and given up because nothing works.  Losing weight has never been easier.  change your life style, get healthy, feel great. Do not waste your money on diet pills, food supplement’s, ready prepared diet foods.  You do not need to.

Start to think low fat -  drop the fat from your diet.  You want to lose fat, then do not eat any more fat.  Cut out the butter, grill your food, do not use dressings, you want to lose weight and you have to start somewhere.  Make small changes to what you eat.  Every time  you reach for the sweet stuff, think about how much fat is in it.  Read the labels. CUT DOWN ON THE SATURATED FATS.  I did and stuck with it for 6 months and lost 50lbs. Take the stairs, not the elevator, walk to work, if you can, go dig the garden, clean the car, run around with children, clean the house, scrub the floor, anything that gets you moving.

Focus on the health issues that you are storing up for  yourself.  Diabetes is a horrible illness.  It destroys the small blood vessels and  in the bodies extremeties.  Go on line an look it up, its really frightening. Heart disease, what would it be like to not be able to walk to the kitchen, go up stairs, walk down the street.  Imagine that, a prisoner in a chair. 

Is it fair to expect others to look after you like your children, your partner.  Do you want to be a burden to them for the rest of your life.  I bet reading this you are saying NO I do not.  But do you have the guts to start to lose weight.    impossible to do, to difficult and sometimes help is needed. Give yourself a head start in losing that extra weight.
