Pennsylvania requires most fisherman to have a PA fishing license to fish the fresh water and brackish water and, well, just about any water
in Pennsylvania.
Getting a PA fishing license is easy. You might not have to get one, I’d suggest checking with PA authorities or PA fish and game sites for current laws and updates on who needs a PA license to fish.
