The “Oprah” audience was allowed to see only a silhouette line of the car but thanks to Brenda Priddy we’re able to see above the new Beetle look.

The new Beetle would come with a TDI engine option, which would also be offered on the Beetle Cabriolet. This was a revelation of Jonathan Browning, chief executive of VW North America.

Jonathan Browning also revealed that the new Beetle could be one of Oprah’s favorite things.
