I seldom have rave reviews about a cosmetic product, but recently I bought a wondrous product which I’d like to share with everyone. It is the Aiken Tea Tree Oil Pimple Cream.
I have been having some pimples on my cheeks. I made it worse by attempting to squeeze it out. In the end, my cheeks looked bruised after trying to squeeze three big pimples. When my colleague asked me whether I have been punched by my husband, I realized how bad it looked and finally decided to look for a pimple cream. My beautician has also advised me not to squeeze the pimples anymore and apply pimple cream as often as possible.
It was many years ago that I looked for pimple creams, It did not work for me then and I dismissed all pimple creams to be ineffective and mere cosmetic gimmicks. Boy, was I surprised at the range of pimple creams nowadays.
I was in Johor Bahru recently with some relatives. I stepped into Guardian, a pharmaceutical and cosmetics store to look for a pimple cream. It would be much cheaper in JB, I thought.
I was contemplating between a cream which contains tea tree and witch hazel, and another which contains tea tree and concentrates on simply clearing pimples. I decided to try the latter, an Aiken Tea Tree Oil Pimple Cream due to its promise of a pimple-free skin.
After reading the instructions about what this cream was set out to do, I decided to apply the cream all over my face, instead of just on my pimples. The first time I did that, I noticed that my cheeks were free of blackheads and my skin began to smoothen out. My pores closed up. I was amazed.
Alright, this product was supposed to heal my pimple. It seems to be taking its time to do so. After a few days, my pimple seem to have softened and healing from the inside. There is no exfoliation of the skin as the pimple healed. Many pimple creams are too strong resulting in the peeling of the skin.
To tell the truth, I’m still not impressed by its healing pimple properties, but was more impressed by the fact that it helped to clear my blackheads without any scrubbing or squeezing. The pores also seemed to have diminished in the process.
I personally have tried various po-reducing products and none seem to have a lasting effect. This could possibly be the solution. After I have washed off the cream, the smoothness of the skin continues. My pores look smaller and blackheads almost non-existent.
In addition, there were some added feature which meant to be oil-controlling, After applying the cream, my skin does not seem to be oily as before. In fact, there was a fine matte finish on my face. I also liked the fact that it has UV protection. I don’t have any cosmetic products which had UV protection and was concerned about its adverse effect on my skin, such as aging skin, wrinkles, freckles or cancer.
I came back to Singapore and could not find the product here. I was quite disappointed, but I do believe they are not as widely distributed as it is in Malaysia. I know that the Aiken Tea Tree Oil Pimple Cream alone may not be able to create wonders or perform magic, but I believe a combination of proper facial treatment and the Aiken Tea Tree Oil Pimple Cream will result in having clear skin you have always dreamed of.
