KitchenAid Artisan 5-Quart Stand Mixer

The mixer has a 10-speed control, and comes with a flat beater, a wire whisk and a dough hook.

5 quart stainless steel bowl with handle (so much nicer than a plastic bowl!).  325 watt motor.

The beater’s action works its way all the round the bowl to ensure a thorough mixing of all the mixtures, with out the need for the bowl to spin.
