A Christmas party with a difference, Glasgow (Scotland) alternative music internet radio station Radio Magnetic presents its Winter Rave on Saturday 18 December 2010. This crowd supported party features DJs Boom Monk Ben (Mixed Business) and Radio Magnetic Sound System with FOUND (Chemikal Underground), The Blessings (LuckyMe) and S-Type (Phuturelabs) playing live.

Winter Rave 2010 takes place at SWG3 in Glasgow, an artist-run converted warehouse and studio space in the city’s Finnieston area.

Approaching events finance in a new way, this party is a crowd supported event, which means the audience donate money collectively, in advance of the gig, to make it possible. Once costs are covered, all proceeds are shared amongst the performers and producers.
