Cripple Creek Colorado, an Original Gold Rush Town – Part one

Cripple Creek is located in the Colorado Rocky Mountains up in the South West region of the state. It’s located about one and a half hour from the Front Range of Colorado Springs. The ride to Cripple Creek, from the springs, is breathtaking no matter what season, or what the weather is. The town of Cripple Creek and the roads to get to it sure has changed since 1992 when this historic town was voted in as a location to originate a gambling community by the voters of Colorado.
