The healing process of traumatized bone and the surrounding ligaments is known as Bone knitting. It starts soon after the bone is broken. Bone fractures generally take 4 to 8 weeks to heal. For healing the bone some of the bone knitting herbs is well known.

Apply heat:

Increase muscles strength:
It is important that to exercise and increase the muscle strength around the fracture area. This is because when you fracture a bone, the muscles around the fracture tend to waste away and hence will take you longer for recovery. So exercise every muscle around the fracture if possible.
Green tea:
