How to stay fit at office.

In today’s fast life of the human, we have less time for exercise.  If we are having job then we could not take time for exercise. In this way our health goes deteriorating. I have some simple trips on how we can stay fit while we are working.

Keep roaming:

During office hours, don’t sit at one place. In between work, take short breaks and roam around 40 mins. Instead of sitting at chair and enjoying coffee or tea, take the cup from canteen, roam and drink and again take the cup and keep it in canteen. If you  have a mobile call, take your mobile out of your office, walk while talk and come back to your office.

Simple Stretching:

Sitting at one place causes back pain and joint pain. To get relief from these pain, you can do simple stretching while sitting on chair. Whenever its possible, move your wrist in circular motion, keep the leg straight and move your ankle in round motion.

Use the staircase:

Prefer the use of staircase then lift, as it is also a good exercise for walking up and down on staircase.

Healthy Snacks:

If you are hungry, try to avoid junk food, soda water, burgers, etc. It is good that you pack your lunch from home and include fruits in your food.

These tricks are easy to use and easy to follow.
