One of the many things that make Ampegy a great company to work for is its culture. I have not been a part of a company where everyone has such a positive attitude about their work and has fun while doing it! Everyone is a team player and never hesitates to help each other. I think that is extremely important for a company to be successful. If the employees do not enjoy coming to work or will only do what is in their job description, it will show in their work. From the moment I started, I have felt like a part of the team! Everyone came up to me and introduced themselves, asked questions and wanted to get to know me. I have never felt uncomfortable or nervous and I really appreciate that. Another thing that makes Ampegy a great company is the care and attention everyone shows for the Independent Representatives. If we do not care about the Representatives and their wants and needs, they will not be successful and in turn Ampegy will not be successful.
I am so thrilled to be a part of this growing company and to see all the opportunities for the future. I have been doing marketing for four years but I have never been involved in network marketing. I’m excited to learn about this business model and all the different aspects of multi-level marketing. I look forward to working on future events and seeing the company and Representatives grow firsthand. Being a part of Ampegy will allow me to grow in my career, explore new aspects of marketing and learn a different side of the business.
As a member of the Ampegy team, I was thrilled to be a part of the Lift Off Event. The event was a huge success, not only for the representatives but for Ampegy as well. The corporate team worked so hard to make this an unforgettable event and they succeeded! The corporate tours were very important to the field. Everyone was so excited to see the campus, walk through the different departments and experience the trade floor. While many of the representatives have participated in a Business Presentation, it was important to show new or possible representatives what is available to them on a weekly basis. It was clear by the “standing room only” that it was a well-attended event. Ampegy University was an important activity for all the attendees. The topics were useful and everyone walked away with knowledge about growing their business and how to be successful. The Lift Off Rally was an event like I had never seen or experienced. The stage was absolutely amazing and surprises just kept coming! Every surprise was better than the next. Having Waters Davis, Steve Smith and Keith Maxwell speak was key to the success of the event. It allowed the Representatives to put a face with the name and motivate them to excel in their businesses. It was also inspiring to see how each of the speakers touched someone and amped them up for their future with Ampegy. However, I think that the main reason the event was successful was the way staff treated the Representatives. The Ampegy team wanted everyone to have a good time and tried their hardest to accommodate everyone’s needs. It felt like a reunion of friends instead of a work event.
Meeting the field Representatives was such a treat. It was great to put a face with a name and connect and interact with them. It was inspiring to see everyone engaged in the activities and their drive to be successful. Witnessing their energy was also wakeup call for me. It reinforced the importance of our work and how it directly affects the Representatives. If we do not provide great support and resources to the Representatives, they will not be able to grow their businesses.
In conclusion, I feel so fortunate to be a part of Ampegy. For the first time in my work career, I am a part of something that will change someone’s life forever.
