Area

First thing which we should notice that is area. If you are buying a home is in your desire city then you must take a close look of the city. The cost of the property depends of place. If you are buying a house in city and you want everything near to your house. The cost would be more than buying a property in urban area.

Security

Second thing which comes is security. When you go out side from your home one thing which come in your mind that is the security of your family after you. Then you should buy a home near to police station and hospital.

Real Estate Law

Third thing the house which you are going to buy should be fit in all real estate law. No one would like that his saving go waste. Because there are so many property dealers out side who can cheat you. So this is important thing that you always buy house or property from a government authorized property dealer or realtor. I do not want that your saving go a fraud property dealer’s hand.

Transportation

Transport is one of the important issue when you are buying a house or property. You should buy your home near to highway or there where transportation facility is good.

Budget

This is the most important thing which you have need to think at least ten times. First of all make you have need to make your accurate budget of purchasing a home. You should get all detail about the property of that area where you want to buy your house. When you get all detail about the house, then you can make easily your budget about to purchase your home. Your home should be fit in your criteria as you want.
