Another town that caught my group’s attention was Songsong or the ghost town as named by all residents. This place was devastated by a tsunami way back 50’s that ruined all the villas and almost the entire town. One of the most popular islands connected to Batanes was the island of Sabtang which was very suitable for mountain climbing and fishing. About 30 minutes water vehicle ride needed to go to the island of Sabtang from Ivana municipality and it surely going to be a very fun water ride.
