A lot of people have trouble with their weight. They struggle for years and they can’t seem to shake any of it off. In this article I want to talk about 3 ways in which you can achieve a full throttle fat loss, the kind of weight loss that can shock you by being so fast and big.
1. I want you to train a lot of muscles. The more muscles you train the faster you will burn fat. It’s all about boosting your metabolism and your muscles play a key role in that. So, work on all your body, from your calves to your shoulders. Train everything and you will see how your body changes for the better.
2. Eat more protein – I usually start my day with a good dose of protein. It’s my star nutrient. Whether it’s from eggs, salmon, tuna, or almonds, I don’t consider breakfast a breakfast unless it’s loaded with protein. Protein is great for fat loss for a number of reasons: It helps you build muscle which, as we’ve already discussed, is great for a higher metabolism. It helps you to quash your hunger. You will simply feel less hungry for a long time after you load up on protein. Finally, protein actually boosts your metabolism a bit just because it’s a bit hard to digest. Your body works a bit harder to do that. So eat more protein.
3. Do some meditation – You may be wondering what has that got to do with fat loss. The truth is that it can help but only indirectly. What meditation does is make you less stressful. When you’re under a lot of stress you tend to eat more and to store more fat. You don’t want to do either. So, make sure you relieve stress and fat loss will be easier.
