We all know that health is wealth. In this article I am going to discuss some points about healthy eating. Here are some points for Healthy Eating.
1. Always try to eat your food slowly and eat while sitting.
2. Before eating always wash your hands especially after coming from school and using toilet.
3. Properly chew your food.
4. Have 1 to 2 glasses of milk daily, it is good for bones and teeth.
5. Fresh fruits will give your body all the nutrients it needs.
6. Too much salt is not good for health, so reduce the amount of salty chips and snacks. High value of salt in food could cause high blood pressure.
7. Sea food, dry fruits and dairy products are good memory boosters, so include these into your daily food.
8. Watching T.V while eating will effect badly on your health, so try not to watch television or read any book or magazine while eating.
9. Eat meal that have less amount of fat and also eating fried foods in a large quantity is not good for health.
10. You should not eat while feeling angry or depressed.
In last I will say that take care of your teeth and brush at least twice a day for healthier and whitening teeth.
