For the past twenty years I have grown from one shop to a big retail market. It was my sincere hard work which made me the person I am now. There were no breaks for me in that period. I used to slog for hours without water and food. Today I think all my hard work paid off well. But the path to this glory was not a dream run for me; there were many twists and turn in this dream run. Initially everyone termed me as a hard worker. After the business blossomed I manage to start two more shops. I had to visit every shop and look after the inventory and maintenance. My family now started terming me as selfish. They complained about me not giving personal time to them. They were right, I couldn’t realize it before. I could see which items are returned maximum by the customer and the reason for such returns. I can formulate my decision on that item based on this report.
Now after a year I could start my own retail market ay one of the most prime locations in my region. I am able to concentrate on expanding my business rather than focussing on one part of the business.
