I’ve been looking at buying myself a new dress for a big party I’m attending in a couple weeks time and so far my main focus has been on Lipsy dresses. I want something that is stylish and that will get me noticed at the party, but i don’t want something over the top that will get me noticed for the wrong reasons. Many people underestimate the effect that a couple of centimetres on a dress can make, one minute you look beautiful and then 3 centimetres later you are ‘slut’. This is one of the reasons why is like Lipsy dresses, as they have a touch of elegance and sophistication about them, which I think will help me look more mature.
One of the other reasons why I am interested in these kinds of dresses is that there is such a wide variety available in the range for you to choose from. Granted, sometimes it’s not the lack of choice but the large volume that makes it more difficult for you to find the perfect style. You always end up getting caught between a couple of dresses and just when you think you have made you mind up you spot something else on the next page! I have found it harder trying to find the right dress in the Lipsy range as the majority of the dresses have their own unique and particular style and I end up liking different dresses for different reasons.
Due to the fact the Summer has now come to an end and we are gearing up for Autumn and Winter I don’t think that bright colours and floral patterns will do me any favours, so before I had even started looking for a dress I knew I was looking for solid, warmer colours. Within the Lipsy dresses range you will be able to find a collection of both designs and also some plain ones with more subtle designs.
The Lipsy dresses range is renowned for it’s involvement with pop sensation Pixie Lott and is probably the final and most influential in helping me decide what I want. I have browse through the range and have noticed that many of the dresses Pixie has been spotting in are available to buy from the Lipsy range and I think that it would be a waste not to get one, especially when everyone at the party will recognise what I’m wearing.
