I’ve been trying to lose weight for so long but I’ve never found the right way to do so. I found this nutrition guide extremely useful and relieving that it wasn’t telling me to ‘lose weight by counting every calorie you have’ or ‘stop eating carbs’, it was just a guide to help you to choose the right foods for you. It also provides you with a delicious smoothie recipe which is my personal favourite.
After I read through the nutrition guide and ordered my treadmill I started losing weight and feeling more confident in myself, I felt beautiful again. It helped me lose weight and keep fit and now healthy eating and exercise is part of my daily routine.
