If you are anything like me, which I know alot of people are, I like a good drink on a Friday night.
We go out, have some good, rich food, have some beer, maybe some wine and even some spirts – yeah I admit it, on Fridays I get drunk and make a fool of myself. But hey, dont judge me, I have a high pressured job and I need some ‘blow off’ time
The only thing I find, when I go to bed on a Friday night – not that I remember it!, I dont have a belly ache, but as soon as I wake up Saturday morning I have to run to the toilet because my belly is hurting so much. I sit there for a few minutes and whoosh – it just all comes out of me like water – yeah it does feel good because all last nights ‘bad’ stuff has been washed away – how to relieve constipation review
