How to Sell a Timeshare Through a Company

Dang nab-bit, I hated my timeshare when I owned it! Why? – As you probably already know, timeshares are a major pain in the (you know what)! And the biggest frustrations that I had was paying maintenance fees for something I wasn’t even using. Which is why I’ve decided to share this with you today. I know that some people are about to go through what I went through. And if you’re looking for a way to sell your timeshare, while avoiding the scams, fraud, competition, and pitfalls – then please read what I’m sharing with you.

But let’s get this straight – the best possible way to sell is to find a reliable company. Let them do the back breaking work of selling because that is what they do day in and day out. For Pete sake, don’t go buy a Dummies book and try to do it yourself. After all, there is a good reason why these companies exist – they can do it faster and more efficiently than most of us can.

With that out of the way, let me explain exactly how to get this process started (based on my experience):

Step 1:
The first thing you have to do is hire a company or agency to do the hard work. Saying that makes it sound easy – right? But don’t be fooled! It has been extremely difficult for me to find a good company. However, after spending hours and hours (not to mention money) to find a good company – I finally did it. And I will tell you more about that in a minute. First let me give you a few important tips that saved the shirt on my back.

Step 2:
Trust. Most of us will get a gut feeling when we start talking with a company. But don’t let that be the only thing that you rely on when choosing a company to work with. Go do a little research and see if they are legitimate. Look for reviews and see if anyone is talking about them. Don’t disregard a company if you see one or two bad reviews. But do ditch a company if they have specific complaints about scamming timeshare owners out of their money.

Step 3:
Once you make a deal with a company, get everything in writing. Doing business with a company over the Internet or phone is the same as business always has been face-to-face. You need to get paperwork to backup any deal that you talk about on the phone. If you have the money or a lawyer friend, have them look over the paperwork for you.

Step Four:
Next, this is what I mentioned above about the company that I worked with. And just so you know, I can’t make any promises. I’m not sure if you will be able to get a hold of them or if they are booked at the moment. But the people on this website at www.timesharesecrets.com helped me tremendously. They gave me some actionable information when I called.

Not to mention the deal that they talked me into. It was actually a blessing with how much time and money I saved. And let’s not forget my old timeshare that some other poor soul probably has now – Good riddance to the maintenance fees!

Again, no promises that you can get a hold of them. All I can say is that they helped me sell and it might work for you.
