I know there are many ways to get around with mining but I believe this tip should be the foundation for everything else. A quick tip is to acquire a mining pick as quick as possible which is a necessity to mine resources nodes in the game. You can easily find this item from vendors who trade goods, engineering supplies and others. Just scout around in the town. Please make sure you have this mining pick in your inventory, else it will not work. Once you have the mining pick, next you will learn the Find Materials ability first. Why Find Materials skill? With this skill, you are able to see nearby nodes on your mini-map. Without this skill, you will have a lot of problems finding the resources. If you have not done this yet, I urge you to do it soon. If you plan to mine more efficiently, I will recommend getting a bag that has around 28 to 32 slots which will automatically store mined ores in there.
